The purpose of this document is to define the principles and guidelines implemented by the Association in the implementation of its purpose, namely the support of the collective "Pour un Réveil écologique" (hereinafter, the "Collective"), with regard to the processing of personal data of the users of the Site.

Data controller

The data controller is the legal or natural person who determines the purposes and means of a processing operation, i.e. the objective and the way to achieve it.

The Association acts as the data controller of the personal data collected on the Site.

With regard specifically to donations, our partner HelloAsso - a simplified joint stock company, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Bordeaux under the number 510 918 683, whose head office is located at 87 Quai de Queyries Espace Darwin 33100 Bordeaux - acts as the person responsible for processing personal and banking data. Collected data

The data collected differs according to the purpose of the associated treatments.

  • Online donations.

Through our fundraising service provider, we collect your first name, last name, postal address, email address and date of birth.

We do not collect the banking data entered at the time of payment.

  • Email contact. 

In addition to your email address, any information you voluntarily reveal to us, including your first and last names. 

  • Newsletter registration. 

We only collect your email address. 

  • Signature of the Appel sur

We only collect connection data (IP address, date/time, browser type, URL visited). 

  • Connection to the Site. 

The connection data (IP address, date/time, type of browser, accessed URL) to the Site is collected indirectly.

Data use

The data collected is used for the following purposes:

  • Online donations.

The data is automatically collected by the HelloAsso partner but is not used by the Association.

  • Email contact.

The collected data is used exclusively to satisfy the requests of the sender of the email and can be transferred, in this framework only, to the members of the Collective who need to know about it.

  • Newsletter registration.

The data collected is used exclusively for the transmission of our newsletter.

  • Connection to the Site.

The connection data is used to guarantee security and traceability, in particular to protect personal data or to detect possible leaks concerning them. This data is also used for the purposes of consultation statistics and visits to the Site.

Recipient of data.

The data collected is intended solely for the internal services of the Association and the Collective.

The processed data may also be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, judicial research and requests for information from the authorities or in order to comply with other legal obligations.

How long your data is kept

The length of time personal data is kept varies according to the purposes of processing. In general, and in accordance with Article 5 of the RGPD, personal data are only kept for the time necessary for their processing.

  • Donations.

In accordance with article L. 102 E of the Book of Tax Procedures, your personal data are kept for 6 years after the last effective donation.

  • Email contact.

Your personal data are kept for the time necessary to fulfill the request of the email sender or any future work with the email sender.

  • Newsletter.

Your personal data is kept for an unlimited period of time after your registration. You can unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe links on each newsletter.

  • Signature of the Call.

Your personal data is kept without any time limit after your Call. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by following the procedure set out in Article 7 below.

  • Connection to the Site.

Your personal data is kept for statistical purposes and is anonymized.

Safety and storage

The Association is particularly attached to the security of the personal data we collect and process.

We implement the necessary technical, physical and organizational measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration, loss or unauthorized access to your personal data.
